Below are the construction and lot requirements. All construction, landscaping, and boat docks require homeowners to submit plans for approval. The design review board generally takes 10 business days to review and additional time might be needed if modifications are necessary, so please plan accordingly. Also, please review the architecture styles for examples of design styles that are encouraged at Sandy Pointe Lake.
