Guidelines for Fines and Penalties

Fines are due within 30 days after notice. Fines not paid by the due date will be assessed a late fee of $50 for each month the fine is not paid.

* Loss of lake access means loss of all watercraft, ATV and golfcart privileges and applies to the lot owner or homeowner and all family members and guests.

IMPORTANT: While Lot owners have a deed to their lot, they do not own the water. The lake is common area. Use of the lake is a Privilege, not a Right. The privilege to use the lake can be revoked.

The Fines and Penalties set forth here in are guidelines. The Board may assess fines and penalties at its discretion based on circumstances, severity of the offense and the risk to Homeowners and guests.
